If you ever have time while waiting at Narita airport, check out Narita temple. Towards the top there is an old spice shop where you can customize your own Shichimi Togarashi. I usually make up a few blends but one of my favorites is a light chilli and black sesame with a big aromatic hit of yuzu and nori. Great on seafood or giving a lift to lean proteins.
